WHO AM I?
Hi, I’m Lisa, the founder and CEO of Hawthorn Coaching. My journey in coaching began with a passion for helping people unlock their full potential and create impactful change. With a Masters in Leadership and Management, and over 25 years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful collaboration, connection, and conversation can be in transforming organizations and individuals.
At Hawthorne Coaching, I’m dedicated to creating an environment where leaders can thrive, grow, and inspire their teams. My approach is deeply personal and tailored to each client’s specific needs, blending proven strategies with a genuine commitment to their success. I believe in the power of a supportive partnership, and I’m here to guide you through your leadership challenges and celebrate your victories along the way.
When I’m not coaching, you might find me taking the road less traveled (often with my two rescue dogs)or hanging out where artists showcase their talents. This certification is earned from the Association of Talent Development.
SHRM-CP - The SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential is for individuals who perform general HR and HR-related duties at work; or for those pursuing a career in Human Resource Management. SHRM certification is offered by the world’s largest HR membership organization, The Society of Human Resources.
ACC - Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential is issued through the International Coaching Federation and is awarded to those knowledge and proficient application of the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
